FAQs
Hopefully this page will help answer any questions you have about the wedding photography I offer.
If you still have questions after reading it please do get in touch, no matter how silly you think your question is!
Do you have a backup camera?
I have two cameras on me at every wedding and each camera has two memory cards, so I do everything I can to ensure your images are safe and backed up!
If we don’t want a full days coverage can we have less?
If you would rather choose the amount of coverage by hour to help with budget, I charge £150 per hour.
How do we pay?
A deposit of £250 secures a wedding date with the remainder of the balance payable one month before the wedding. This is payable via bank transfer. You can pay the balance in one lump sum or in staged payments if that helps with budgeting.
How soon do we get our photos after the big day?
I aim to have your photos with you 3-6 weeks after the wedding, depending on workload
Do we sign a contract?
I will send a booking form which contains all my terms and conditions for you to read through. Once you are ready and happy to proceed you will need to sign the booking form to confirm you are happy with the terms and conditions.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have both public liability and professional indemnity insurances.
Can we print our photos?
Yes – they are your photos! If you would like me to get them printed for you, then that is also ok. I work with a professional printers whose photos are fantastic quality - but there is no obligation to have them printed via me.
How many images will we get?
I will give you all the good images which will be at least 350 digital images - if there are more, I give you more! These are your memories and I would not limit the number of images I give to you.
What is your plan if you are ill or there is an emergency and you can’t photograph the wedding?
I have an arrangement with several other photographers who have a similar style to me, that they will cover my weddings in the event of an emergency.
